We are delighted to offer this course after becoming inspired through our professional and personal experiences around pregnancy. Our society falls short in supporting pregnant Mamas through a positive pregnancy experience. We are honored to equip You with the understanding of what a woman needs to carry out a healthy, peaceful pregnancy and birth.
Where We Came From?
Mars...Just kidding! We are James and Sylvia Boblak. Both of us are Doctors of Pharmacy, co-owners of A Teaspoon of Wisdom and the happy parents of our son, Huckleberry Boblak. To supplement her Western training, Sylvia completed Ayurvedic studies at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in order to gain a better perspective on what true preventative care requires: mindful food choices and positive daily habits.​

As pharmacists, we have learned that other pharmacists, nurses and medical doctors know very little about nutrition and medication safety in pregnancy. That's unfortunate because knowledge in both of these categories is essential for the most favorable outcomes. We have dedicated ourselves to bringing a better understanding around the physiology of pregnancy into our culture and healthcare system.

​We created A Teaspoon of Wisdom as our educational sector of Health Made In America. Our first cause is dedicated to helping our babies enter this world in a safe and peaceful fashion through pregnancy education for our Mamas.
