This is a space to slow down, tune in, and trust the wisdom already within you. You were made for this journey, and we’re here to gently support and guide you along the way.

This experience will be a judgment-free zone where you can let down your guard, explore various perspectives and ask any questions that may be on your mind. 

The following are details to help you prepare for our time together.

1. Event Details

• 📅 Date: May 16th, 2026

• ⏰ Start + end time: 10am-2pm. Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

• 📍 Location: 912 Northwest Highway, Suite 209, Fox River Grove, IL 60021. 

• 📞 Contact info (for day-of questions): Feel free to text Sylvia at 847-558-9038 with any immediate needs/questions.

• Plenty of Parking - You can park anywhere in the front or back of the building

2. What to Bring

• We will provide water, herbal teas and wholesome, organic snacks. Please feel free to bring any food or drink you would like in addition. You may eat the whole time if your heart desires :)​

• We will have printed slides of our course material and writing utensils. Feel free to bring any other note-taking materials you may want to use.

• Temperatures may vary in the room so bringing a sweater or blanket is recommended.

• Bring any comfy seating that you may want aside from a standard chair that is provided.

• Bring your partners if you'd like!

3. Daily Schedule

• We will have a 10-minute break at the end of each hour.

• Massages will be conducted throughout the day as the material is being presented

• We have 7 subjects to get through (Finding Peace, Deep Nourishment, Natural Ailment Solutions, Prescription Medication Safety, Common Diagnostics, Vaccine Safety, Birth Day Decisions). We will be encouraging you to hold on to your questions till the end of each section.
